the prototype testing phase

We are reaching a key milestone in our continuous development programme: the prototype testing phase. This step is crucial to ensure that our products not only meet the highest standards, but also fulfil the needs of our customers.

Intensive test phase

After the elaborate production of our prototypes, an intensive test phase begins:

Fitting and wear tests: Comfort and functionality are of fundamental importance for every product. We therefore carry out careful fitting and wear tests to ensure that our products not only fit well, but also fulfil the requirements of everyday use.

Practical tests with trainers and users: In order to understand the actual needs of our customers, we rely on practical tests in training facilities. We work closely with trainers and users to obtain valuable feedback and adapt our products accordingly.

Gore Rain Tower Test and DuPont Thermo-Man Test: The resistance of our products to various environmental influences is of crucial importance. We therefore subject our prototypes to rigorous tests such as the Gore Rain Tower Test and the DuPont Thermo-Man Test to ensure that they can withstand and provide protection even under extreme conditions.

We adapt our prototypes based on the test results: Feedback is the key to continuous improvement. That’s why we take the results of our tests seriously and adapt our prototypes accordingly to ensure that they meet our customers‘ requirements.

It is important to emphasise that field testing is not permitted at this stage of development as our products are not yet certified. Certification is another important step in our development process and is only possible once development has been finalised. That is why it is important for us to test as practically as possible.

With each prototype test, we come closer to our goal of delivering products of the highest quality and functionality. We are proud to be part of this innovation process and look forward to presenting our latest developments to you soon!
