In the Social Competence seminar, you will learn about your own personality aspects and the context of stress reactions.

• Education about the importance of social competence for me, my life and my environment
• Introduction to the communication and personality compass and transactional analysis
• Discussion of the handout on the topic
• Creating your own personality compass
• Which „inner drivers“ determine my life? When are they helpful, when do they cause stress?
• Transactional analysis or from which „ego state“ do I react to what I hear?
• Evaluation of the processes and experiences of the day

All those who are interested in analysing themselves in order to master the challenges of leadership tasks, for example, with new innovations.
