Positive psychology is not to be equated with „positive thinking“, but rather deals with sustainable happiness, personal strengths and life satisfaction. How can well-being be increased in a scientific way?
- The workshop provides an insight into the concept of positive psychology. Among other things, the following questions will be answered:
- What makes us humans happy?
- Can happiness and well-being be learnt?
- How can I improve my performance and be more resilient to stress?
- How can I use psychology to deal well with difficult life circumstances?
- How can I realise my potential?

In today’s world, health is the number one priority. But is „being healthy“ alone enough? Positive psychology shows how we can move from a healthy life to a happy life. Happiness leads to health, supports success and ensures increased performance in the long term.
In the lecture, techniques are taught that support individuals and groups in emphasising positive emotions, promoting well-being and achieving optimal performance. Participants will learn how to promote individual resources and develop their own „reset button“ for stress reactions. They will also learn how to discover and promote their own and others‘ potential in order to positively influence work and everyday life. The concepts of positive psychology are beneficial for both employees and managers in terms of job satisfaction and performance.
