Thematic focus
Based on the Fire Service Regulation 500 (FwDV 500), the participants are explained the basic possibilities of measuring substances in the event of a substance leak. In addition to the possibilities of measurement, an operationally sensible procedure is presented.

- 09:00 am – 4:00 pm

- Scientific principles of the different measuring methods
- Functional principles of measuring devices in NBC applications
- Functional principles of measuring materials outside of NBC use, application notes
- Practical exercise of the participants
- If sufficient measuring equipment is available on site, active measuring exercises can be offered to the participants
Target group
- All firefighters who have completed basic training
- Knowledge of FwDV 500 or introductory seminar on NBC deployment
- Knowledge of labelling and information gathering or seminar on labelling in NBC operations
