Based on Fire Service Regulation 500 (FwDV 500), participants are given an overview of the necessity and possibilities of decontamination in NBC operations.

- 09:00 am – 4:00 pm
Focal points
- Positioning, position assessment and assessment values, repetition of the GAMS rule
- Organisation of the room, danger zone, cordoned-off area
- Decontamination options, decontamination levels, setting up a decontamination station
- Practical exercise of a BC deployment for a group
- Practical exercise of an A deployment for a group
Target group
- All firefighters who have completed basic training
- valid G 26.3
- General suitability for firefighting
- Knowledge of FwDV 500 or introductory seminar on NBC deployment
- Knowledge of labelling and information gathering or seminar on labelling in NBC operations
