Our professional repair service

From reflective strips and zips to membranes: if your PPE is damaged during use, our experienced employees from the repair service will help you. They will check your protective jackets and trousers for suitability for use and repair them professionally.

Repair of cracks

During the inspection, visible tears in the outer fabric are professionally repaired and mended. If there are tears in the membrane, a targeted repair is carried out depending on the assessment: repairable areas of the membrane are patched accordingly.

Repair of all types of seams

Loose or damaged seams on jackets and trousers are carefully checked and professionally repaired. Worn or worn areas are repaired, while loose seams are tightened again.

Replacing individual components

Defective or worn parts such as knee and elbow reinforcements, Velcro fasteners, zips or other components are replaced professionally if necessary.

Repair of reflective strips

Depending on the type of damage, reflective strips are either patched, sewn back on or, if severely damaged or burnt, replaced completely. The repair process is more complex for segmented reflective strips.

Membrane repair

Damaged areas of the membrane are patched where possible in order to maintain functionality. However, if the membrane is so badly damaged that it can no longer be repaired, it is considered defective and the jacket or trousers must be replaced.

Re-sewing detached parts

Loose parts such as tabs for lamp holders or radio pockets are professionally reattached to ensure a secure hold and full functionality.

Detailed check of your PPE

Returned clothing is always thoroughly inspected by us. Therefore, there will always be a minimum inspection charge of €26.00 and a return postage charge of €4.90 per parcel plus VAT. And so that your clothing can be processed, please register your clothing to be repaired via the following link:
