Communications/Web Designer (m/f/d) part-time

Your tasks

  • Analysing existing business processes and developing requirements for new IT systems
  • Selecting and introducing IT systems in close coordination with the specialist departments and management
  • Coordination with external service providers and system suppliers
  • Training and support for employees during system implementation
  • Supporting users during ongoing operations.
  • Documentation of processes and system configurations
  • Documentation of technical concepts and system processes
  • Continuous optimisation and further development of the IT solutions used
  • Helping to shape the digital transformation in a dynamic production environment

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science or comparable training
  • Professional experience in the introduction and support of IT systems, primarily ERP systems
  • Knowledge of process analysis and project management
  • Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
  • Practical experience, preferably also in the clothing industry.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Analytical and solution-orientated thinking skills
  • Ability to liaise between IT service providers and internal departments
  • High service orientation, as internal users are to be seen as „customers“
  • Didactic skills for training and assistance with software introductions
  • Good documentation practice for comprehensible processes
