Our aim is not only to be a pioneer in the areas of safety, technology and innovation. We also want to set the best possible standard in terms of ecological and social sustainability in the industry.
Good and safe working conditions are important to us in our production facilities. That is why we have been a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) since 2016. This independent, non-profit organisation works with its members to improve working conditions in the clothing and textile industry worldwide. We are audited annually to ensure that we fulfil the strict quality standards. Did you know that we are the only manufacturer in our specialist area with a Fair Wear Foundation membership?
Environment
The environment is another matter close to S-GARD’s heart. With our environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, we are working to continuously improve our environmental performance. We have therefore installed a photovoltaic system on our roof, which enables us to produce more electricity than we consume. But that’s not enough for us. We have also set ourselves ambitious targets for the coming years to further reduce the carbon footprint of S-GARD products. In addition to reducing our fuel consumption through route optimisation and driver training for our employees, we are also reducing our waste volume through a paperless office. We also save on cardboard and packaging. Our environmental awareness continues to grow. Our employees therefore attach great importance to strict waste separation.
Lasting satisfaction
The long-term satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. We therefore place high demands on the quality of our products. We manufacture exclusively from high-quality materials to ensure a long service life and durability. These materials all fulfil the high requirements of Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
The service life of our products is also extended by our service offerings, such as repair and maintenance services. We also offer seminars on cleaning and care to help our customers handle their clothing correctly.
Did you already know? Our entire development and manufacturing process takes place within the framework of the ISO 9001 quality management system. This is also certified in accordance with Module D of the PPE Regulation 2016_425.
